IMMERSIVE BB is a small company created in 2016 and based in Rennes, specializing in the creation of immersive sound content. Our vision, which motivated us to undertake this project, is the belief that our audiovisual content has been evolving towards a new natural 3D listening experience in recent years. Hence the return to binaural sound practices initiated in the 1970s and the development of 3D devices for cinema, performance venues, and temporary installations.

We exclusively create and produce immersive content and are constantly engaged in R&D. We have partnerships with studios and companies with whom we work to bring together all the necessary skills and expertise for the successful completion of our projects. Bergame Périaux is a sound engineer who specializes in 3D sound. He founded Immersive in 2016 to meet the growing demand for the creation of new immersive media. "Since my training at the Conservatory of Music in Paris in Sound Production in 1997, I have been convinced that space is a skill to be developed in our new professions. I developed this expertise at INA training for 15 years from 2001 to 2016 where I trained production teams in various fields. Training with Radio France, France Télévision, Canal+, and many others, in areas such as multichannel recording, binaural technologies, 5.1 mixing for image, Dolby E or sound creation have enriched me and allowed me to develop many skills applied to different domains. At the same time, I had the opportunity to initiate new 5.1 music recording projects for SACD, capture and post-produce concerts for TV and DVD media, and mix antenna tracks for TV in Dolby E. My experience with Musicaventure at the Abbey aux Dames in 2015, the writing of a new binaural sound path, and the beginning of spatialized concert recordings convinced me to specialize in this field. Today, many complementary experiences, particularly those in VR, Dolby Atmos, and scenography around immersive installations, have enabled me to develop a comprehensive offering."
